How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage customer orders from acceptance through shipment and after-sales support
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality drawing packages
- Process change orders and coordinate with internal teams to meet evolving needs
- Drive down shipping holds and support revenue goals through proactive order management
- Handle return authorizations, concessions, billing milestones, and overdue invoices
- Apply lean methodologies to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Communicate shipping schedules and resolve delays effectively
- Participate in daily team meetings and escalate issues as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
- Onsite presence required in Jefferson City, MO
