How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead planning, strategy, and execution of major construction projects.
- Oversee third-party firms and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop and manage capital investment budgets.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to support project decisions.
- Ensure successful project closeout and post-completion activities.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15+ years of experience.
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects in Corporate Real Estate environments.
- Strong financial acumen related to capital projects and asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, and collaboration tools.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction-related software.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
