The Opportunity
At the Center of Excellence (CoE), we are seeking a Controlling & Planning Analyst with a strong focus on data analytics and visualization tools. This role will play a key part in transforming financial data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making through the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Data analytics: demand order, commissions, reports, KPIs
- PowerBI setup, maintenance and support
- Rebates and Co-op funding calculation and monitoring
- Process automation
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Responsible for performing of process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country)
- Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and
- recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas
- Ensures application of process standards and procedures
- Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities
- Recommends changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities
- Contributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders
- Supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as required

Your Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Fluent in English, and local language
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
- Experience of working in service delivery model environment
- Data analytics, PowerBI, process automation.
- Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
- Good understanding of Shared Service business set-up and interconnections
- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
- Good communication and skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skills
- Detail oriented, structured
- Strong MS Office skills
- Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP), Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions
- Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus
