A Controlling & Planning Specialist is responsible for financial planning and analysis, improving processes, monitoring performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. Their main mission is to provide accurate financial insights and ensure the efficiency of the organization's financial processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling. Experience of working in a service delivery model environment
• 4 years of FP&A Project experience
• Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
• Good understanding of business set-up and interconnections
• Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
• Good communication and skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on detail,s and good analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, structured
• Technical skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools, and integrated solutions
• Understanding of end-to-end process, systems, and data flows across the organization at the business and finance side
• Language skills: Fluent in English
