How you will make an impact:
- Implementing internal and external communication projects including editorial support, web, intranet, social media and other communications initiatives.
- Writing and proofreading of content including articles, letters and other communications materials.
- Creating presentations, infographic, graphics and other communications content according to brand guidelines.
- Supporting key events/exhibitions in close collaboration with country communications and/or Marketing team.
- Supporting internal and external communications activities in Corporate Shared Service, Technology and R&D centers in Hitachi Energy in Krakow.
- Compiling regular reports, newsletters and maintaining local communications platforms (sharepoints, etc.).
- Preparing and distributing organizational announcements.

Your background
- At least 5 years working in Communications or Marketing fields or related professional experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business administration, or other relevant related discipline.
- Business fluency in Polish and English with strong writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign etc.).
- Detail oriented with high level of organization skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global team from remote.
- Ability to be flexible in accommodating time zone difference for team engagements/meetings.
- Experience in social media and media relations.
