The Opportunity
We are currently searching for a Cluster Security Manager and Crisis Coordinator for our Europe security team. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving security performance in the Western Europe playing a valuable role within the team and through the region, by supporting the organization applying in-depth security knowledge to offer solutions, driving the delivery of security programs and ensuring effective risk management through excellence in security measures.
How you will make an impact
- Provide functional support in line with regional security plans and policies.
- Collect, analyze, and report on security performance using KPIs.
- Track and report on emerging security trends and legislation.
- Drive effective risk management and provide specialist advice.
- Promote continuous improvement in security performance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance security measures.
- Implement annual security planning and coordinate training on security topics.
- Maintain crisis management plans and support crisis coordination.
Your background
- Extensive knowledge of security management and crisis coordination.
- Proven experience in risk management and compliance with security standards.
- Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and behavioral change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in project management and operational support.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing security plans and training programs.
- English and Spanish is mandatory
- Willingness to travel across Western Europe
