Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner, providing customers with secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions, globally.
Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle-from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you'll make an impact
- You will be identifying and managing the marketing and sales investments necessary in order to increase market penetration, as well as entering a new market segment whilst build customer awareness.
- You will ensuring the timely delivery of service sales and strategy.
- You will be implementing the agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- You will be overseeing the day to day service operations, reviewing and supervising the Service delivery and project execution.
- You will be seeking to maintain a strong relationship with customers, sales representatives, production, and distribution departments to ensure growth, improvement and productivity.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Significant and demonstratable experience in managing a Service unit, including IB
- Management and P&L responsibility.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products
- Experience working within the Energy sector
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
