The Business Support Executive is an integral part of our dynamic leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support multiple leaders, manage sensitive information, and ensure the efficient operation of our business in Service- Malaysia. You'll be at the heart of our organization, contributing to key projects and initiatives that drive our success. How you'll make an impact:
- You will perform document control and records management on behalf of project user groups, including maintenance and delivery of records/data management services and systems, which may include maintenance of files, archiving, and management of repositories.
- You will apply broad theoretical job knowledge to draft, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- You will organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes, manage travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and timely.
- You will support special projects, research, and data analysis and assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access and equipment.
- You will act as the point of contact for the service team in MY and stakeholders across the hub, managing communications, SCM and finance related support including PR / PO / Invoicing process and office supplies and handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background:
- You hold a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills with excellent know-how of making PowerPoint presentation.
