The Opportunity
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. This role will act as a specialist in the domain of Tanks and External Components, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal design and verification tools.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform maintenance, testing, and debugging of internal design tools.
- Provide technical support to users via hotline or direct contact.
- Collect feedback from the design engineering community.
- Support standardization initiatives (technical standards, standard drawings, etc.).
- Contribute to training through manuals, courses, workshops, and pilots.
- Research and define analytical models for structural calculations.
- Verify and validate tools used throughout all stages of the design-to-manufacturing process.
- Provide technical support to design engineers across global units.

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
- Experience with PTC Creo Parametric.
- Knowledge of programming; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with structural simulation tools (FEM) is desirable.
- Advanced English; other languages are considered a plus.
- Experience in multicultural and remote work environments.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Experience in the design and manufacturing of power transformers is considered an advantage.
