How you'll make an impact
- Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 environments.
- Maintain user access and manage license distribution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement functional improvements.
- Deliver training and support for users and power users.
- Lead user engagement meetings and feedback sessions.
- Serve as third-tier support alongside IS/IT and application vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation and system integrity.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling and BIM methodology.
- Proficiency in ACC modules like Docs, Build, Design Collaboration, and Insight.
- Familiarity with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and model coordination.
- Experience working in a multinational organization.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
