How you'll make an impact
- Support proposal development with innovative, value-driven solutions
- Evaluate existing substation infrastructure for upgrades and improvements
- Analyze and negotiate subcontracts for electrical substation projects
- Develop and manage project execution plans and schedules
- Monitor project budgets and ensure positive cash flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maximizing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer expectations

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or construction management
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 1+ year as an Assistant Project Manager
- Experience with turnkey substation projects is a plus
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
