Associate Project Manager

Shanghai, China

Mission statement:

Lead the execution of projects in CNTDS and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will manage the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in term of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries, act as key contact for the customer in projects execution and communicate and coordinate with the customer for the exact delivery time, reduce the finished goods inventory to lower capital stock occupancy.
  • You will oversee contact changes in accordance with change management process and ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management.
  • You will be responsible for project commercial management including system operation and collection management, especially timely collection, reduce the overdue account receivable, proactively to maximize cash flow.
  • You will effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization, manage project risks, share best practices and lessons learned throughout the project.
  • You will be partner with Sales, cooperate with the customers who come to supervise and witness test to enhance the customer satisfaction to the most.
  • You will summarize and report the projects status to managers weekly or monthly to seek the improvement of project management.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical, engineering, or mechanical.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to take challenges.
  • Solid project management experience or PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good communication skill in both verbal and writing English.
