The Opportunity

Join a forward-thinking team at the heart of the energy transition. As Strategic Account Manager for the Industry sector in France, you will be responsible for developing and executing client strategies that drive growth, innovation, and long-term partnerships. Reporting to the Head of the Business Unit, you'll play a key role in shaping our presence across major industrial accounts.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to the industrial sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate commercial activities across France in alignment with the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and strengthen partnerships.
  • Promote and sell our full portfolio of products and systems.
  • Anticipate market trends and tender opportunities to position Hitachi Energy ahead of the curve.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure successful contract execution.
  • Monitor project pipelines and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to drive marketing and sales actions.
  • Contribute to the acquisition of strategic and large-scale projects.

Your Background

You bring:

  • A master degree in Engineering or Sales / Marketing or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of experience in the energy sector (manufacturer, integrator, or installer).
  • Strong knowledge of the Utilities and Large Industry segments in France.
  • Proven leadership and negotiation skills, including financial analysis.
  • A collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Fluency in French and in English; a third language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within France and Europe.

Vous :

  • Identifiez de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s commerciales et mobilisez les parties prenantes clĂ©s.
  • Coordonnez les actions commerciales en France en lien avec l'organisation existante.
  • Collaborez avec les Ă©quipes internes pour proposer des solutions intĂ©grĂ©es et renforcer les partenariats.
  • Promouvez et vendez notre portefeuille complet de produits et systèmes.
  • Anticipez les tendances du marchĂ© et les appels d'offres pour positionner Hitachi Energy en amont.
  • Menez les nĂ©gociations et assurez la bonne exĂ©cution des contrats.
  • Suivez les projets et garantissez la satisfaction client tout au long du cycle.
  • Utilisez les outils CRM (Salesforce) pour piloter les actions marketing et commerciales.
  • Contribuez Ă  l'acquisition de projets stratĂ©giques et de grande envergure.

Votre Profil

Vous avez :

  • Un diplĂ´me de niveau Master (Bac + 5) en ingĂ©nierie, en commerce/marketing ou Ă©quivalent.
  • Une expĂ©rience de 5 Ă  10 ans dans le secteur de l'Ă©nergie (constructeur, intĂ©grateur ou installateur).
  • Une bonne connaissance du segment des utilitĂ©s et des grandes industries françaises.
  • Des compĂ©tences avĂ©rĂ©es en leadership et en nĂ©gociation, incluant l'analyse financière.
  • Un esprit collaboratif et une forte orientation client.
  • Une maĂ®trise des outils CRM (Salesforce).
  • Une excellente maĂ®trise de l'anglais et de français ; une troisième langue est un plus.
  • Une disponibilitĂ© pour des dĂ©placements en France et en Europe.
