How you'll make an impact

• You will be responsible for quality management system documentation maintenance and company brand refresh work.
• You will assist the company in the updating of relevant documents due to the Group brand refresh.
• You will support maintains files and publishes announcements on the documents Platform (Document system).
• You will assist in the planning, preparation and execution of BU, Hub QMM events.
• You will support other temporary quality management daily work.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Office software needs to be very proficient, such as Word, PPT, Excel; Quality management.
• Preferred with CET-4 or above.
• Conscientious professional with strong logical and good communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
