Tinder connects people. With tens of millions of users and a presence in every country on earth, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing.

About the Role
As a Group Product Manager, you will join an experienced team of product and engineering leaders within the Trust & Safety Product Group at Tinder. This role comes with the opportunity of building foundational technologies to combat online abuse directly, support safe product development efforts across Tinder, and enable safer experiences for millions of users globally.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn the dynamics of the Tinder team and business, and develop a deep understanding for how Trust & Safety factors into the experience of our members and the success of the business.
  • Lead the teams - including other PMs, analysts, and engineers- that develop all of Tinder’s account and content integrity systems and tactics, and the shared services and infrastructure that support safe product development throughout the company
  • Collaborate with feature teams to anticipate their needs, and help Tinder make strategic technology bets that position us to ensure that any inauthentic, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior- on platform or off- is detected and remediated as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • Lead the roadmap and communicate these strategic bets and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from team members, PM peers and executives.
  • Fight the good fight- in the sometimes adversarial space of online anti-abuse, this role requires a leader that is engaged by such challenges, and willing to move quickly and take critical action to keep the community safe
