To support this initiative, Match Group is recruiting a Business Development and Partnerships Manager for SEA to be based in Singapore.

The role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the business development process, from lead identification and qualification through to campaign launch and partner relationship management. This role will primarily focus on (but not limited to) partnerships in the areas of Brand and Entertainment.   

The mandate of this role will include the following:
Create a strategy for Regional Brand and Entertainment partnerships, including identifying which markets to focus on, analyzing opportunities from a business perspective, reaching out to potential brand partners, and managing campaign execution and impact measurement.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Undertake data backed negotiations with potential partners in coordination with key internal stakeholders like marketing, legal, finance etc. 
Work with the country managers to determine how to best support their brand & entertainment partnership efforts.
Determine consistencies in needs between country managers and secure regional brand partnership deals that help fulfill those needs. 
Be the brand representative when talking to partner brands, which requires being informed about brand messaging, product launches, and other partnerships in the works.
Work cross-functionally and build relationships with a number of external teams and internal teams such as PR, Creative, Digital, etc. to develop holistic brand and communication strategies.
Track and communicate campaign progress to all relevant internal teams. 
Track and compile post-campaign analysis of partnership campaigns to drive and improve strategy.
Work closely with Analytics to establish goals and track progress against key consumer and business metrics.
Develop and deliver campaign recaps, updates, and brand reporting with accuracy.
Set, communicate and maintain timelines, budget and priorities on every project.

Minimum Qualification
BA/BS degree required
7-10 years experience across Strategic Partnerships, Consumer Marketing, Product Management or Digital strategy in a high growth B2C environment
Deep market exposure in South East Asia, preferably in Media & Entertainment, and a demonstrated track record in working closely with Consumer-tech or Entertainment Brands, OTTs, Production Houses, Creator Networks and Talent Agencies
Strong understanding of and exposure to the short-form video and social media ecosystem
Excellent project management and campaign building experience, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and work cross-functionally
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and able to clarify and summarize complex issue
