What will I be doing?
The Lead Software Engineer Mobile Platforms will help build, maintain and evolve critical mobile platforms that support the Hilton Honors Apps. You will directly contribute to the design, development, documentation, and troubleshooting of our mobile services platforms in collaboration with other engineers and business partners. You will actively analyze, integrate, and test distributed high-capacity multi-function service infrastructure serving a large user base!

Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Craft and develop Hilton mobile platforms using, Java, Spring/Spring Batch, REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, schema/query design, message queue, and event streaming technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka), cloud solutions (AWS, RDS (Postgres), EKS/Kubernetes, Docker, Redis)
- Collaborate with team members to implement and test phenomenal guest experiences within our agile delivery methodology while following our established architectural principles
- Write clean, concise code that is stable, extensible, and unit-tested appropriately
- Debug and resolve production issues as needed
