JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for driving adoption of cutting-edge technology, enabling bundled sales, and retaining revenue streams through ongoing customer engagement. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively support the diverse customer base in this region. Key performance elements include partnering with Field Sales Consultants and Equipment Specialists to improve the overall customer experience. This role bridges the gap between digital equipment, software, and services, ensuring a streamlined sales process and a clear value proposition for Henry Schein's digital portfolio. By acting as a centralized advocate for digital workflows, the Advisor empowers teams to achieve growth, optimize resources, and enhance the overall customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Equipment Sales
- Perform web-based equipment selling functions to transact sales for a fully integrated digital equipment portfolio.

- Act as the central point for all digital workflow leads, ensuring they are effectively routed and managed.
- Demonstrate and sell digital equipment, software modules, and value-added subscriptions tied to the workflow.
- Champion bundled sales, including consumables (e.g., resin, blocks) and workflow-specific solutions for design, orthodontics, and implants.
- Collaborate with associated business units to coordinate the sale and fulfillment of specialized products unique to the region.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Henry Schein's digital workflow offerings.
- Retain customers post-equipment sale through bundled services, software, and consumables, ensuring ongoing annuity revenue streams.
- Participate in and conduct training sessions for internal sales teams and customers to provide ongoing product education and support as needed.
- Drive key initiatives focused on volume growth and bundled sales success.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Sales knowledge
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Attention to detail and project management skills
- Knowledge of dental software applications
- Understanding of clinical and restorative dentistry

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position requires the ability to travel internationally to Caribbean and Latin America (LATAM) region. Travel typically less than 25%. Candidate must possess a valid passport and be able to travel without restriction. When not traveling, the role is based in a standard office environment.
