Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of Connect Dental Digital Products.
  • Maintain and repair products software and hardware.
  • Inspect, analyze damage, as well as repair and replace parts.
  • Manage technical problems and after sales services.
  • Providing present, education and training of digital devices.
  • Providing information about products or services including demonstrations of products and delivering products to customers when required.
  • Coordinates closely with Sales and related parties to support our customers.
  • Other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
