JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for delivering digital and print media sales targets for Henry Schein. This person will oversee co-op advertising sales, help design and execute our Key Supplier Program (KSP), and nurture relationships with suppliers that participate in our digital and print channels. As the primary marketing contact for these suppliers, this person will own day-to-day communication, lead monthly ROI calls and present during quarterly business reviews. Additionally, this person will collaborate with campaign managers and channel owners to ensure advertisers' needs align with Henry Schein's commercial calendar and priorities. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, an exceptional communicator and storyteller, and be fluent in marketing analytics/best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owns and delivers on the P/L for the advertising business
- Manage co-op advertising sales program and build roadmap to scale ad sales across owned channels
- Plays an active role in the Key Supplier Agreements negotiated to ensure goals of agreement are met and Channels team executes all marketing activities to support arrangement.
- Serve as internal marketing advocate for co-op and KSP participants
- Leads monthly and quarterly "ROI" results calls with prominent suppliers and advertising partners
- Acts as the liaison between the Category Management and Digital Revenue teams, to coordinate campaign brief deployment across channel owners.
- Direct and oversee the creation of comprehensive reporting to provide insights relating to the performance of all marketing channels.
- Responsible for the coordination of the annual media kit with the entire Henry Schein organization
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Consistent track record of achieving $10MM+ in annual digital ad sales
- Expert-level understanding of digital advertising channels, including paid search, display, email and social media
- Deep knowledge of marketing analytics and demonstrated ability to distill data into insights that can be understood by C-suite level audiences.
- Experience creating, launching and optimizing multi-media campaigns

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $124,448-$171,116 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
