Overview:

Henry Schein Dental is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Junior Analyst to join our sales division.

This is a full-time position working remotely with occasional days in our head office in Gillingham, Kent.

This role will offer the opportunity to develop your skillset in a fast-paced environment working closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, and other teams to deliver improvements and tools that drive sales effectiveness and data integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:

  • Data Collection: Gather sales data from various sources.
  • Analysis: Analyse sales trends, performance metrics, and customer demographics.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports presenting findings and insights.
  • Tracking: Track leads and converted sales performance for key sales initiatives.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization software.
  • Communication: Ability to convey complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying challenges and proposing solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Project Organisation and Planning skills
  • Thinking Independently and Work Cooperatively
