SA Field Technician

Install equipment for customers by working with the dentist and other team members.

2. To install equipment according to drawings agreed by the customer. Use tools for assembly, fixing, electrical wiring and plumbing, etc.

3. To ensure the equipment functions correctly by checking for leaks, noises, etc, during operation.

4. To install dental equipment to manufacturers specifications, to pre-installed services provided by others.

5. To install equipment to the highest possible standard within the allocated time period.

6. To install into new / existing equipment secondary devices.

7. Follow all installation instructions to provide total customer satisfaction.

8. To demonstrate installed equipment so the customer understands and is happy with its operation.

9. To leave the working site clean and tidy wherever possible.

10. To always behave as a good ambassador of the company, so the customer will be happy to do further business.

11. To liaise between Installation Supervisor, Salesman, and Customer to resolve any unclear issues.

12. Maintain good records of installations / Company equipment, tools, car, phone.

13. Undertake cabinetry modifications / manufacturer's warranty work.
