KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aid/support the development and maintenance of:
- Marketing plan
- Product specific targeting and positioning
- Good understanding of product categories, able to field technical/product related questions for some categories within the business.
- Execute on Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) Strategy for product categories within the business.
- With minimal oversight, develops pricing for responsible areas/products consistent with Marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Assist in development of new marketing channels and tools.
- Contribute and execute customer facing activities like VOC (voice of customer) and CCD (customer centered design) in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Must be proficient in project management knowledge & skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with product development, project management, sourcing and vendor negotiations
- Possesses excellent public presentation skills both internal and external (customer-facing)
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team(s)
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations preferred
- Technical background in product development preferred
- Knowledge of the Dental market including the business of dentistry is preferred

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $60,480 to $105,840 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
