KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain team ensuring competency, efficiency in execution and on time high quality customer culture. Program for people development and competency expansion.
- Direct and control activities of production warehouse function in the facility and ensures achievements of objectives.
- Efficient process flow deigns with focus on lean best practices.
- Metric driven operation with focus on continuous improvement.
- Inventory management process and execution. Data based decision making driving real estate efficient management and lean operation.
- ERP/WMS functional oversight for warehouse.
- Responsible for managing warehouse departmental expense and capital budgets
- Model cost of operation vs budget and report out through regular KPI process.
- Cross functional relationship management for multiple commercial partners to ensure warehouse processes are supporting business need.
- Influence and drive capex investment through business case modeling.
- Support the integration of new initiatives to the warehouse floor.
- Drive continuous improvement with supporting metrics and data analysis.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.
- Ensure quality of products is maintained and safety procedures, Federal and State regulations and Company guidelines are followed
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong process warehouse experience
- Strong inventory management and process design to support.
- Data analysis driving decisions.
- Effective Continuous Process Improvement experience
- Successful experience in integrating new products into the warehouse process.
- Knowledge, experience, and proven adaptability with different warehouse disciplines

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Travel - typically not required
• Position typically works in a warehouse environment on site where environmental conditions are stable. May be exposed to higher levels of noise typical in a warehouse environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit or stand for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch and lift up to 20 pounds
