WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and accuracy. You will perform regular counts, maintain records, and coordinate ordering and replenishment with suppliers.
You will support warehouse operations, including receiving and organizing products, and work closely with internal teams to align inventory needs. You will also help resolve discrepancies, track shipments, and generate inventory reports to support decision-making and maintain data accuracy, while identifying process improvements.
Additionally, you will manage equipment credits, prepare documentation, and coordinate shipments.
WHAT YOU BRING
You bring 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with inventory systems and Microsoft 365, you are confident in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills, able to work effectively across departments to support smooth operations.
Experience with warehouse equipment (such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts) is an asset.
This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and performing tasks that involve standing, walking, and bending.

*This position is based in our Concord Branch.
Compensation: The posted range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc
