How you'll make an impact
As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads and support the company's revenue goals. You will ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives, consider regional nuances and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive results. Your role will be critical in ensuring that campaigns are strategically targeted, efficiently executed, and continuously optimised to achieve the highest possible ROI across all regions; UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to generate leads and support revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Regional Leads to ensure campaign strategies align with broader business objectives and are executed seamlessly.
- Define campaign objectives, target regional audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that all activities are aligned with the overall marketing and business strategies.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including brief creation, creative asset development, content creation, campaign launch, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance across various channels, using data and insights to optimise tactics, improve results, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations team and Revenue Operations Manager to ensure campaigns are optimised for automation, personalisation, and efficient lead nurturing.
- Ensure campaign messaging is consistent across all channels and aligns with the company's brand voice and value propositions.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support campaign execution when necessary.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on how to improve future campaigns.
- Continuously test and experiment with new campaign tactics and channels to identify innovative ways to engage prospects and generate leads.
What you'll bring with you
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or related fields, preferably in B2B or SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms to execute, track, and optimise campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, in different regions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring all campaigns are executed with accuracy and within set timelines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present campaign results to senior leadership.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative campaign strategies.
- Project management expertise, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
