Senior Consultant & Trainer - Talent Acquisition Sourcing, Advisory Services (Remote)

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Consultant to join our client advisory and recruitment education solutions division, Lean Human Capital. In this role, you will advise, support and mentor healthcare recruitment organizations in building and optimizing their sourcing model, processes, and candidate sourcing & attraction strategies to hire top talent. You will be responsible for guiding talent acquisition leaders and sourcing teams through their implementation and then transformation journey, providing support and coaching along the way. You will also lead all recruitment sourcing training for LHC's renowned program, Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).

This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Lean Human Capital and is a remote work environment/home office.

As a Senior Sourcing Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Facilitate delivery of client services related to sourcing and candidate experience, and ongoing member services that includes:
  • Conduct Sourcing Organizational Analysis and provide recommendations
    • Sourcing resource allocation and structure
    • Sourcing process and technology systems workflow
    • Candidate Experience; Recruitment Marketing
  • Conduct Sourcing Strategies Analysis - current state/baseline evaluation used to measure the effectiveness of inbound/outbound strategies
    • Outbound Strategies - analysis and recommendations of current outbound strategies including tools utilized for outbound sourcing, CRM and Employee Referral programs and the technology used to manage outbound efforts
    • Inbound Strategies - current state evaluation and recommendations; analysis to include internet and social media presence, SEO/SEM, re-targeting, print/digital media, job boards, job board aggregators
  • Assist with client's ongoing optimization efforts post-Discovery, and recommended process improvements.
    • Recurring and ad hoc advisory services related to Candidate Sourcing Strategies - SEO/SEM, recruitment advertising and social media, deep Internet mining, etc.
  • Review quarterly sourcing scorecards. Analyze dataset submissions for annual benchmarking study
  • Project manage client's progress to ensure strategies are effective and on track
    • Conduct regular status check ins with Talent Acquisition leaders

  • Facilitate public and private Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) programs and RACRx Continuing Education courses for members. Maintain, update and deliver relevant educational content related to sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, etc.
    • Create content and deliver other presentations and webcasts regarding LHC/RACR services.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years recruitment/sourcing in corporate/staffing environment
  • 5+ years' experience as a sourcing/recruitment marketing leader
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing the implementation of recruitment sourcing services/teams
  • Experience with in-person or web-based training
  • Presentation skills delivering to all levels of staff including C-Suite
  • Project Management experience to track client progress
  • Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft excel, word and power point
  • High attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
