Inside Sales Representative - CTM

The Inside Sales Representative will support the growth of the CTM business function and expand the product and services offered throughout the healthcare staffing industry. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, live product demonstrations, and sales. This individual will work collaboratively with the Account Executives for the CTM business function to successfully support existing clients and generate an extensive pipeline of prospects and new clients.


  • Generate qualified leads for the CTM sales team by diligently prospecting into targeted accounts
  • Source, develop and qualify opportunities while consistently keeping pipeline filled
  • Cold calling, campaign generation, and individual outreach to existing and net new leads to cultivate opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives to move deals through the sales cycle
  • At times facilitate full life cycle sales responsibilities, including closing of deals
  • Articulate the CTM and HealthcareSource value proposition to mid and C-level decision-makers
  • Document all sales activity in including sales activity, contacts, and opportunities
  • Manage and own the development and delivery of product demonstrations. Effectively providing clients and prospects with the benefits of the CTM products and the issues they can solve
  • Provide superior client service and responsiveness to CTM client base and prospects
  • Ramp up quickly on product and industry knowledge and become an expert on CTM offerings
  • Represent the HealthcareSource organization in an exemplary manner in all client and prospect interactions
  • Meet and exceed designated revenue targets

  • Sales or phone sales experience with successful track record in inside sales opportunities within the software industry
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and strong drive to achieve results
  • Intense motivation, desire and creativity to successfully reach prospects and clients
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
  • Ensure 100% client satisfaction with all CTM prospects and existing clients
  • Create and maintain internal and external relationships that meet our core values, align with our culture, and support success for the CTM sales organization
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high-volume pace
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
  • Experience providing functional sales and technical product demonstrations to clients and prospects
  • Experience working in Salesforce; documenting all required client and prospect information
  • A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare or Staffing Industry is desired
  • Experience with selling to Human Resource is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel to client/ prospect locations 15% of the time (due to COVID-19, all business travel has been suspended and will resume when travel is safer for all employees and clients)
