Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with the assigned population and their advocates within the community to educate, train, research and resolve problems, and provide assistance and information. Responsible for special projects and maintaining community contacts. Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas for responsibility, including overnight stays.

Required Job Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Bachelor Degree in Health Care or Business Administration OR 4 years work experience in an insurance environment
3 years of experience in health care administration, community health OR grant management
Interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of the health care industry
Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas for responsibility, including overnight stays
Organizational and planning skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Job Qualifications:
