We’re looking for an amazing User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for executing Hatch’s paid strategies and finding other vectors for growth. This includes optimizing search engine marketing campaigns, launching end-to-end paid social campaigns, finding new user acquisition channels, and ideating & executing on the experiment backlog. This wide-ranging role will provide you with an incredible foundation to grow, as you will be managing campaigns, measuring the performance, and analyzing the results to see if these initiatives ultimately contribute to growth at Hatch.

Job Description

  • Responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing and scaling search and paid social campaigns
  • Design and launch email marketing campaigns, including defining existing customer segments for engagement, writing compelling copy, measuring and optimizing results
  • Identify new partnership and advertising opportunities to introduce Hatch Card to relevant audiences, build brand awareness, and increase customer acquisition
  • Set KPIs and key metrics for all campaigns, creating dashboards to measure and track performance and testing and optimizing based on results
  • Experience collaborating with a web developer resource to produce and maintain web pages
  • Work with the Creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats


  • 4+ years experience working in growth/digital marketing with a focus on paid search, paid social & other digital advertising channels
  • Familiarity with programmatic, native ads, or marketing automation a plus
  • Familiarity with all things growth marketing: customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Fluent in navigating data with sharp SQL skills, and then visualizing queries with BI tools (Looker, Mode)
  • Experience using marketing tech software, for example, Amplitude, Iterable, FullStory, A/B testing software, Google Analytics
