Team Health is seeking a Site Staff Physician to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of occupational medicine in partnership with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative occupational medicine care systems and processes for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
- Collaborate with Team Health and New Jersey Turnpike Authority leadership to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in medical services.
- Serve as a primary medical services provider, delivering exceptional care to employees of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
- Play a key role in developing and coordinating quality assurance standards and professional medical protocols with and for other Team Health physicians and mid-level providers.
- Promote the practice of occupational medicine according to the highest ethical standards and in accordance with the specific needs of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

Requirements Include:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Occupational Medicine or comparable areas such as Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or experience treating acute work-related injuries.
- Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License.
- Strong understanding of worker's compensation laws and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Passionate about patient care and improving healthcare delivery.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
COMPENSATION:
Starting Base Salary: $236,083

Education and Certifications: Degrees attained, residencies, fellowships, board certifications, research, and publications.
Productivity: Levels of productivity, quality and patient satisfaction.
Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
