Here at GXO, we're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Huel team in Wellingborough. This is a full time,permanent position and you'll be working on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern,rotating 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 (2 weeks covering AM shift, then, 2 weeks covering PM shift).

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Carry out assigned tasks such as picking and packing
  • Operating MHE when required (when trained)
  • Off-loading any products, check they are correct and undamaged and load them into the appropriate areas for storage
  • Utilising the warehouse management system daily in line with pick and pack requirements

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas
  • Provide flexibility in approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Previous MHE experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided
