Logistics at full potential

Do you have experience as a leader within a warehouse? Then we are looking for you! As Teamlead Training you will be responsible for designing and creating functional training plans for warehouse employees.

What you do on a typical day as Teamlead Training:

  • Map out annual training plans for our across the site with the trainers in your team
  • Determine appropriate training modalities or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training.etc) to ensure employees have the best opportunity for success
  • Design and deploytraining needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs

  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records atsite level.
  • Facilitate continuous feedback loop with all operational teams to provide feedback and improvement suggestions on work instructions.
  • Facilitate and lead train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Research and recommend new training modalities.

  • What do you need to succeed at GXO
    • Minimum 3years work experience as aTrainer, Training Facilitator or similar role, preferably in logistics.
    • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
    • Experience with e-learning platforms
    • MS Office proficiency
    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
    • Strong communication skillsin English (Dutch is a plus)
