Here at GXO, we're working together with Waitrose and looking for a PI Administrator to join our team in Reading. You'll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 06:00-14:00. This role will require some degree of flexibility to cover other shift when necessary.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Complete daily KPI checks consisting of code date checks and deleted lines
  • Record purchases, maintain database, preform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
  • Create stock transfers and manage the Public Store
  • Work with manual handling equipment, including a forklift truck (all training will be provided

What you need to succeed at GXO :
  • Previous experience in stock function within logistics beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills including MS 365 apps such as Excel
  • Knowledge and experience working with WMS system essential
  • Flexible in your approach regarding hours and days worked
