We are looking for an Inventory Team Manager to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford. You'll be responsible for managing our customers stock to an agreed accuracy figure and leading your team to achieve business goals: through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working a two-week rotating shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, whilst leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve challenging targets
- You'll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements, minimising stock loss
- You'll ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resource and efficiencies
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects

- A proven track record at team leader or first line manager level, within a fast-paced warehouse environment with a specific focus on stock and inventory
- The ability to investigate and report findings, engaging with all levels within the site
- The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
