Inventory and Compliance Lead

We are looking for an Inventory and Compliance Lead to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford. You'll be responsible for the fast-paced new element of our long-life ambient food business, ensuring stock meets the requirements of Brexit regulations and also supporting the daily tasks of stock management, daily order interface and report circulation.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, typically Tuesday to Saturday. The hours of work will rotate weekly between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

You'll be paid a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Support the systemic flow of stock from inbound to outbound, understanding and interrogating JDA
  • Resolve stock issues associated with allocation, move tasks, accurate picking and loading and perform audits against operational processes
  • Support the management of the daily order allocation and gross and net stock adjustments
  • Manage the compliance of inbound volume in accordance with Brexit regulations

  • A proven track record at team leader level, within a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success

  • The ability to investigate and report findings, engaging with all levels within the site
