Afin de soutenir notre forte croissance, nous recrutons unDirecteur Financial Planning & Analysis F/H.Rattaché(e) au SVP Finance Continental Europe, vous serez responsable du contrôle de gestion opérationnel Europe.
Le poste est basé à Neuilly sur Seine (92).
Vos principales missions consistent donc à :
- Analyser la performance de nos sites en étroite collaboration avec les pays et les équipes Opérations.
- Initier et conduire des plans d'action de transformation
- Être force de proposition et participer de manière proactive à l'automatisation des outils et process
- Préparer et transmettre des tableaux de bord mensuels
- Analyser les données, comparer les réalisations avec les prévisions et les budgets, identifier les écarts et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Diriger et développer la performance de l'Analyste FP&A
- Conseiller et accompagner les responsables Opérations Continental Europe.

PROFIL
- Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le monde de la Performance Opérationnelle et/ou du Contrôle Financier
- Bonne connaissance des outils d'analyse de données et de Power Bi
- Capacité à travailler et à s'adapter à un environnement en pleine croissance
- Amplement intégré(e) à la Direction Financière Europe Continental de GXO, vous serez amené à fournir des rapports de haute qualité, dans les temps impartis, pour permettre le pilotage de la performance financière des sites.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre proactivité et votre capacité à travailler en pleine autonomie
- Capacité à mener la transformation
- Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle
- Bon sens de la communication
- Expérience préalable en gestion d'équipe
- Une expérience préalable dans le monde de la logistique est souhaitable
- Anglais courant, la maîtrise d'une seconde langue étrangère est souhaitable.

In order to support our strong growth, we are recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis Director F/M. Reporting to the SVP Finance Continental Europe, you will be responsible for operational controlling in Europe. The position will be based in Neuilly sur Seine (92).
In this role you will :
- Analyze our sites performance in close collaboration with the countries and the Operations team
- Initiate and Drive transformation action plans
- Make proposals and participate proactively in tools and processes automation
- Prepare and communicate monthly dashboards
- Compare achievements with previous forecasts and budgets, identify gaps and drive corrective measures when necessary
- Manage and develop the performance of the FP&A Analyst
- Provide a proactive support to the Continental Europe operational managers.
PROFILE
- At least 10 years' experience in Operational Performance/Finance controlling
- Very good knowledge of data analytics and power BI tools
- Ability to work and adapt to a fast-growing environment
- As an integral part of GXO's Europe Continental Finance Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and timely reports to drive the site's financial performance.
- Excellent proactivity and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Capacity to drive transformation
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in management
- Previous experience in the Supply Chain field will be a plus. In order to finance
- Fluent in English, with a second foreign language.
