Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Administratorto join our team in

Sherburn In Elmet (LS25 6PT). Your primary goal will be to ensure that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 16:30.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Undertaking a complete consumables stock count twice weekly to a high and accurate standard
  • To liaise with the end user customer in relation to ordering new stock and managing deliveries
  • Unloading of deliveries in relation to consumables
  • Daily recording of consumables stock count and updating of consumables map
  • Updating the operational team with new processes regarding packing inserts
  • Managing any damages to stock and reporting to the client
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Competent user of the Microsoft Package-Specifically Outlook, MS excel and MS word
  • Experience using DLX and Warehouse management systems
  • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team and the ability to use own initiative and organise own workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
