What YOU will own:

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and Business Side Subject Matter Experts to construct impactful training solutions
• Assist in the learning development process phases, including assessment, prototyping, design, implementation, and measurement of training return on investment
• Create engaging digital training materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, transforming information into captivating learning experiences
• Maximize the utility of our Learning Management System (Absorb), managing content and analyzing data to bolster our training goals
• Lead dynamic training sessions, blending in-person and remote delivery with gamification and active learning to spark participant interest and retention
• Innovate relentlessly - use feedback and evolving company needs to refine training approaches for peak efficacy
• Assist Global HR in orchestrating retention and engagement initiatives, keeping our team motivated and connected

Experience YOU will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Talent Development, with a track record of successful training program execution
• English fluency required
• Experience in a global setting is a plus, showcasing ability to thrive in and contribute to a diverse international team

Skills YOU will Bring:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and adept with Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Absorb
• Proficient in video editing and digital content creation, with a flair for engaging educational material
• Background in copywriting and digital design highly desirable
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of inspiring a diverse, global audience
• Exceptional project management, organization, and attention to detail
• A proactive learner, eager for challenges and committed to innovation
