Job purpose:

  • Plan and execute the marketing strategy and tactics to ensure commercial success of the product
Key responsibilities:
  • To strategically drive "Shape the market" & "Shape the product", work with Brand Lead to develop and execute brand strategy and tactics for the product which is the first injectable treatment in HIV therapeutic area.
  • Gather and obtain insights from market and find out opportunities to expand access to this innovative treatment.
  • Develop promotion scheme and relevant promotion materials that support the communication of the brand strategy and meet the compliance code.
  • Build and execute external customer engagement plan to develop and maintain relationships with key external experts and other key stakeholders.
  • Closely work with Sales team to engage MRs to ensure the sufficient level of knowledge, belief and execution to the promotion
  • Collaborate as cross functional team including Medical Affairs and Global/Above country team to maximize the value of product

  • Japanese: Native level / English: Business level (Equivalent to TOEIC score of 800 or above)
