Senior Product Owner, CSM, HR and Legal Service Delivery

The ServiceNow capabilities include the HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Legal Service Delivery modules. In the CSM, HR and Legal Service Delivery Product Management team, we provide reliable, end-to-end governance of the non-Tech ServiceNow applications across the Enterprise. This enables the Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and HR teams (and other teams using these products) to deliver consistent and desired support to the business with minimal disruption.

In this role you will:
  • Contribute to and execute on Product strategy.
  • Responsible for the development, acceptance, and communication of the overall roadmap.
  • Use technical product knowledge with awareness of domain expertise.
  • Work closely with other Product Managers and internal stakeholders to define end-to-end customer experiences and map user journeys to refine epics/features/stories for clear articulation to request teams.
  • Lead the scoping by collecting requirements, proposing best in class technology trends and assessing impacts on the product and its roadmap.
  • Challenge requirements to make sure the validated priorities will maximize the value of the applications, and are in line with the product roadmap.
  • Manage product backlog creation, organisation and prioritisiation, and map the dependencies with ongoing or future projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to help them understand the products' key capabilities and benefits; understand their needs to enhance adoption of product(s). Work with a cross-functional team in planning and delivering a product release (Dev).
  • Partner with internal engineers / developers
Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) or CSM (Customer Service Management).
  • Driven, self-starter and forward thinker that has diverse skills in DevOps, ServiceNow and business acumen to implement strategic initiatives that deliver customer value and satisfactory business outcomes.
  • Minimum four years of experience with delivery of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Request Management applications and solutions; 2 or more years with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Awareness of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
  • Blended technical and matrix skills to lead as well as contribute in configuration and development.
  • Demonstrated Agile, Scaled Agile, Kanban experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or gathering / documenting business requirements for a technical application / product.
  • Examples of energizing and inspiring others, drawing on their own skills and creativity to achieve the best results.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Previous experience with implementations of CSM, HRCM/HRSD and LSD.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation, influence and problem-solving skills.
