We seek a seasoned and results-driven Business Transformation Leader to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation programs by providing expertise in strategic business advisory, project management, and change management.

This role will allow YOU to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following.

  • Your role will bridge technical expertise with program management acumen, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery of transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and define a strategic roadmap.
  • Provide expert guidance on how businesses can enhance business processes, drive efficiency, and meet organizational goals through ERP implementation and other digital products
  • Lead the end-to-end transformation journey for ERP and other technical implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines
  • Ensure that transformation program outcomes align with industry best practices and support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, monitor progress, and proactively address challenges.
  • Work with project teams to understand the trade-offs to achieving their targeted business outcomes.
  • Adjust expectations in accordance with changes in scope and navigate alignment between multiple business/technical partners
  • Identify potential project risks during implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and address issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Implement project reviews and quality assurance to execute goals and stakeholder satisfaction successfully.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.
  • Support change management activities to mitigate the impact of the transformation programs.
  • Gather a detailed understanding of the GSK portfolio, principles and company direction and embed these in the projects.

  • Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree (in a relevant field). MBA from Tier 1 colleges preferred
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in leading business transformation and ERP initiatives (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Consulting experience with strong execution experience is a must
  • Understanding of Business Functions, CXO trends, and the Life Sciences industry
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry with manufacturing set-up, such as pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences or any other
  • Ability to identify right methodology and frameworks like waterfall, agile, blend etc
  • Impactful storytelling, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to execute in flexible environments through cycles of analysis, decisions, and actions
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive as a member of high performing team
  • Comfortable working in a matrix hybrid environment
  • Superb persuading and influencing skills
