🎓 Training and Development: Partner with the assigned Leasing mentor to assist with comprehensive training and compliance and provide recommendations for the Training Department.
📈 Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with Pre-Leasing Specialists and Marketing teams to drive corporate outreach initiatives, foster community engagement, and establish partnerships with local businesses.
👥 Community Building: Foster relationships with community partners and local businesses to enhance property visibility and engagement, and seamlessly transition these relationships to the on-site team.
📣 Marketing Strategies: Assist in creating outreach marketing and social media campaigns to drive leasing activity.
💻 Technology Integration: Ensure all technology and software systems are operational, including CRM templates, screening processes, and lease software.
🔍 Market Research: Collect and analyze market research data to identify trends and opportunities for property improvement.
👥 Team Collaboration: Assist with weekly leasing huddles and collaborate with on-site teams and lease-up team members.
🏠 Leasing Operations: Conduct apartment tours, maintain a high closing ratio, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA laws.
💼 Property Support: Assist stabilized properties as a floating leasing agent during periods of high activity or short staffing.

What qualifications does our ideal candidate have:
  1. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Three or more years of experience in property management is required.
  2. Lease-Up Experience: While preferred, it's not required.
  3. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members and understand their perspectives.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Property Management software is required. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Yardi, Blue Moon, and Yeildstar is a plus.
  5. Marketing Skills: Understanding of SEO Marketing campaigns for multifamily housing.
  6. Goal-Oriented: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
  7. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  8. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cooperatively and cross-functionally.
  9. Time Management: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Physical Demands/environmental factors of the job:
  • Work Environment: Office and residential settings.
  • Supervision: Moderate supervision.
  • Travel: Expect up to 75% travel, so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.
  • Availability: Weekend and holiday work required.
  • Technology: Regular use of computers and phones for communication.
  • Movement: Active coordination, including walking on residential properties and climbing stairs.
