You will:

  • Create cross platform responsive user interfaces
  • Work with product owners to understand desired initiatives and implement application capabilities
  • Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members
  • Participate in peer code reviews and technical meetings
  • Provide operational support of your deployed code
  • Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization

You have:

  • BS degree in Computer Science (or related field) or 10+ years of experience in software development
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience using Node.js, React, Typescript, or JavaScript
  • 2+ years of experience using git or other distributed source control systems
  • At least some proven experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Expert knowledge of client-side web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript, JSON
  • Experience with Unit Testing
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, patterns, best practices, performance optimizations, and memory management (Java, C#, C++, etc.)
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and proactive can-do attitude.
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting peers across engineering teams, fostering best engineering practices
  • Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
Would be great if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience using object-oriented languages (C#, Java, C++, etc.)
  • Experience with server-side JavaScript frameworks (Express, NextJS, Fastify, Nuxt, Nest, Meteor, etc)
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with SEO
  • Fluency with CI/CD tool sets such as: Jenkins, Ansible, CloudFormation, GitHub
  • Experience with creating libraries/packages and deploying them to NPM
  • Experience with React Native
