TITLE: Supply Chain Business Analyst

LOCATION: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in Alsip, IL or any of our global manufacturing locations

COMP RANGE: $95,000 - $115,000 plus 6% bonus target for US hires

The Global Supply Chain Business Analyst is perfect for you if you are looking for:

• Overall responsibility for global supply chain reporting ensuring timely reporting, data accuracy and maintenance
• Develop roadmap for global supply chain reporting and plans to deploy reports to global supply chain leaders
• Collaborate with data architecture team to design and maintain data models and metrics in the enterprise data warehouse
• Develop and maintain KPI definitions for global supply chain functions and create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the KPI definitions
• Create Power BI reports for the global supply chain teams
• Develop and manage Global Supply Chain Power BI workspace to centralize dashboards for supply chain stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy in reporting through appropriate data cleansing and fixing errors
• Analyze data to provide insights into trends and opportunities to improve supply chain performance
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and approved artificial intelligence tools to gain insights from data provided through the supply chain reports and dashboards
• Utilize statistical tools to interpret datasets, creating graphs and charts to visualize trends and patterns in the data
• Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data
