Verify and assure accurate counts of raw materials needed to produce a blended product. ▪ Addition of raw materials to the blender following the manufacturing sequence on the formula. ▪ Discharging blended product from the blender using the prescribed screen size. ▪ Sampling of blended product. ▪ Filling out of daily schedule control to document production, quality, and performance. ▪ Cleaning and sanitizing of the blender, sifter, and all support equipment. ▪ Sanitation of work station and surrounding areas. ▪ Disposal of trash and garbage dumpsters. ▪ Adherence to all department procedures and GMP's. ▪ Ability to maintain all performance standards.
