We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will play a key role in building bridges—between people and processes, between the shop floor and management, and between today's challenges and tomorrow's goals.
As part of the Continental Europe HR team and the Operations Management Team in Herentals, you will work closely with the HRBP Lead Continental Europe, the HR team, and various business stakeholders to strengthen our HR foundations and support our people in a sustainable and meaningful way.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting them in their daily people management responsibilities.
- Guide leaders in setting clear people objectives and team expectations.
- Coach leaders in implementing global talent and performance management processes within defined timelines.
- Assist in the creation and execution of Personal Growth Plans (PGPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Organizational Development & Change
- Design and implement organizational change programs, ensuring effective communication of impacts.
- Support the restructuring and digitization of HR processes, guiding employees through each step.
- Lead the development of knowledge management systems in operations (e.g., polyvalence matrix, training plans, career paths).
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the relationship with the in-house recruitment agency to ensure a smooth, people-focused recruitment and onboarding process for blue-collar workers.
- Coordinate recruitment for local positions in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Learning & Development
- Collaborate with leaders to identify learning needs and development opportunities.
- Support the implementation of professional development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Act as a trusted confidant for employees, actively listening and offering practical solutions.
- Foster open dialogue and mutual respect between management and the shop floor.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Support the periodic employee engagement survey ("Our Voice") and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a member of the Local Health and Safety Committee and Works Council.
Employer Branding & Community Engagement
- Coordinate local initiatives to enhance employer branding and community presence.
Compliance & Policy
- Stay informed on applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance and consistency with internal policies and external legal requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Solid, proven experience in HR business partnering (medior level) in an international context, working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong understanding of business processes and manufacturing environments.
- Enjoys working closely with blue-collar teams and excels at listening, connecting, and translating needs into action.
- Brings positive energy, even in challenging situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
- A structured, proactive approach with a people-first mindset.
- Interest in digital transformation and process improvement.
- Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is a strong asset.
