Summary: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the VP Global Purchasing, VP Global Marketing, VP Global Sustainability and SVP of Global Business Development and their respective leadership teams. The incumbent must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains strong, strategic partnerships with multiple executives.
- Arranges and coordinates complex international travel schedules and reservations.
- Organizes and coordinates global meetings and events.
- Composes and maintains correspondence including letters, memos, forms and presentations.
- Effectively uses targeted brand materials to professionally correspond with internal and external personnel.
- Maintains applicable portal sites by providing on-going updates based on business activities.
- Oversees financial expenditures including: pcard, AMEX, BTA for non-traveling employees and convention registrations. Also handles individual expense reports, as needed.
- Coordinates department orientation for new hires.
- Sales / Commercial Coordinator activities such as Global sales analysis; Support CRM usage, management and analysis and Support global account management as needed
- Oversees and orders business cards, Griffith logo shirts and GF sales promotional items.
- Supports marketing internal communication projects, i.e., new product spotlight, small tradeshow management, internal signage, etc.
- Provides backup coverage for other Administrative Assistants.
- Manages sports tickets tracking and distribution.
- Answers and screens telephone calls when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- Must have passion for learning and using new tools and techniques for development and preparation of presentations and communications.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced environments. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and partner well with others, require minimal supervision and exercise good judgement in a variety of situations.
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information.
