Position Overview
This key management position will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Training, and Coaching in a manufacturing environment. We are currently on a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule, with a block of 6 consecutive days off in every three-week cycle. Employees will be required to work Saturdays based on production requirements.
Responsibilities
This key management position will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Training, and Coaching in a manufacturing environment. Working with QAD, ClickView, Microsoft, and ERP systems. Overseeing and leading a team of 30-35 employees.

- Outstanding Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Slitting or web handling experience, a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Supervisory experience, a plus
- A four-year Bachelor’s degree preferred but a two-year Associate’s degree considered
