Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $101,300.00 to $168,900.00.

Position Details

As the Manager of Consolidations & ESG Reporting, you will manage the global consolidation process and lead the Company's ESG reporting which includes oversight of non-financial metrics globally. You will manage the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements including the balance sheet and income statement working with BPC and SAP. You will assist in the preparation of the quarterly financial statements, footnotes and Management's Discussion and Analysis reported in the quarterly Form 10Q, and the annual report/ Form 10-K, which involves working with external auditors to assist them in their review and audit of the Company's financial statements. You will also perform technical accounting research, regulatory agency research, and ad hoc accounting analyses for senior management. This position is Hybrid requiring 50% of time spent onsite at the Lake Forest or Chicago, IL offices.

You Will

  • Lead the preparation of our global consolidation process on a monthly basis and provide support for SEC reporting - i.e., statement of cash flows, quarterly and annual footnotes, disclosure checklist and related support.
  • Coordinate with Controllership, Internal Audit and Financial Planning & Analysis teams and external parties to provide internal and external assurance on our ESG and non-financial metric disclosures.
  • Manage a team of 2, including talent decisions
  • Maintain and improve consolidation system (i.e. BPC) and related processes; serve as key point of contact for system access, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Prepare financial reporting for senior management including company results, performance measurement and analysis


  • Research technical accounting matters and SEC requirements to assist with company-wide reporting requirements
  • Continually monitor and assess SEC and other regulatory ESG mandates; manage communication and implementation of any regulatory changes in partnership with relevant business leaders.
  • Execute internal controls, maintain documentation, and support audit testing and compliance requirements, including partnership with external auditors.

You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Business or similar field Required
  • CPA and/or Master's Degree MBA, proficiency in SAP, BPC, Blackline, Snowflake and Workiva Preferred
  • 5+ years progressive accounting experience including financial consolidations experience and SEC reporting experience Required
  • Financial statement acumen and technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP with the ability to research and conclude on accounting and reporting matters
  • A working knowledge of relevant SEC disclosure and reporting requirements
  • Project management experience, including continuous improvement efforts related to financial processes, system and tools to increase productivity and internal controls.
